Reception Essentials

We offer a wide range of decor rental items for your special day including several arches, pew bows, display pedestals (for floral or other displays) and lattice back drops. We have various items for the table including round table clothes (white only), table skirts (for long or rectangular tables) and various vases for table centerpieces including tall "Eeiffel"lead glass vases, hurricane lamps, medium vases, candleholders, arches, chair covers (white only) and chair sashes in white, gold, chocolate, aqua, orange , red, and black. We also have small items such as flower girl baskets and ringbearer pillows for rent, although we make custom pillows and baskets for very reasonable rates--usually considerably less than even internet prices.

Large round table cloths:

100 to 150 sets: 
$2.75 ea. includes cleaning fee

Less than 100 sets: 
$2.95 ea. includes cleaning fee

Sashes only $1 each includes cleaning fee

 

$6.50 ea. includes cleaning fee

     

Note:
We offer free rental on linens to parties renting the Ismon House for weddings or showers; however, a $1 per item cleaning fee applies.

All other items call for details, or schedule an appointment to view the decor items available, discuss availability and make your booking.  We are happy to do appointments for decor rental outside our regular store hours as long as appointments are made at least one day in advance.  Thank you.

 

Terms and conditions:
All our rental items are available the Tuesday before the event unless other arrangements are made.  All rentals include a security deposit which is refundable in full if items are returned on time and without damage other than ordinary wear and tear.  All rentals require a contract and a copy of the drivers license and/or credit card on file at time of rental.  Rentals must be picked up and returned to Bellisima Bridal in Albion.  Drop off and pickup is available for an additional fee.

Winter/Spring Hours:  Bellisima will now be open on Sundays from 1-5 PM!  We will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th.

JULY Special Order Sale:  10% off on all special orders and we will pay the standard rush fee too!   All special orders in July are required to be rush, but we will make it easy by paying the rush fee!

After 12+ wonderful years in the bridal business, we have decided to move on to other interests. Please help take these terrific gowns and dresses off our hands!

Sales cannot be combined with each other nor any other offer. All stock sales are final, all layaways must be paid by July 31st.  All super/custom rush fees beyond standard rush must be paid by the customer.  All special orders must be in by July 31st.

Winter/Spring hours start January 8th - We will be open on Sundays from 1-5 PM and will remain available for appointments only on Wednesday afternoons.  Please call at least two days in advance of the Wednesday  appointment you need.

The Kalamazoo salon is a full service salon with hundreds of gowns in stock that can be reordered and customized, hundreds of bridesmaid samples, and tuxedo rentals.

Closed New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Appointments outside our regular hours on other days may be available in some cases.  Please inquire at least several days in advance as appointment openings are subject to staff availability and we often participate in events outside the store on the days we are closed.

 Please note we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins if they have not contacted the store in advance. We want all our brides to have their consultant’s one-on-one undivided attention.  If you couldn’t schedule an appointment in advance, but would still like to come in, a quick call to the store at 269 343 8450 to enable the consultants to tell you what their booked appointments are for the day, and when/whether they would be able to see you.
